1. Respect for Rights
Users must have the right to upload and share their content. Fair dealing and other lawful exceptions may apply to criticism, review, reporting current events, research, and other uses under applicable law.
2. Copyright Notice
Send notices to copyright@24ballot.in. Include your name and contact information; identification of the protected work; the exact 24Ballot URL or content identifier; the basis for your rights; a good-faith statement; and a statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
3. Review and Removal
We may request additional information, restrict access while reviewing, notify the uploader, preserve evidence, or reject incomplete or abusive notices. Removal does not decide ownership.
4. Response by the Uploader
An affected uploader may respond to copyright@24ballot.in with the action identifier, explanation, rights or lawful-exception basis, and contact information. We may restore content where appropriate and lawful.
5. Repeated Infringement
Repeated or deliberate infringement may lead to feature restrictions or account termination. Knowingly false notices or counter-notices may also result in enforcement.
